1 person shot at UW-Milwaukee

An investigation is underway after a University Wisconsin-Milwaukee police officer shot a person on campus.  The individual was not connected to the Milwaukee campus and was inside the Fine Arts Complex.  The person was taken to a hospital nearby.  This week UW-Milwaukee is currently on spring break and no classes were in session at the time of the shooting.  Campus police confirm that no students or employees were hurt.
