I-41 Crash Sends At Least Two To Hospital

At least two motorcycles were involved in a serious crash on Interstate 41 north bound, just north of Military Road Saturday afternoon.

Just before 2 PM, the Fond du Lac County Dispatch Center started receiving calls of the crash.

Initial reports were that two people were deceased and five to six people were injured.

A KFIZ reporter on scene reported seeing two motorcycles down on the highway with around 15-20 other motorcyclists talking with emergency personnel and consoling one another.

All the Motorcycles not involved in the crash soon left and emergency workers started processing the scene.

At this time, it is reported that two of the people involved were transported to Theda Clark Trauma Center in Neenah. One by medical helicopter and one by ground.

Interstate 41 was closed for about an hour while crews worked the scene.
