Second of two suspects charged in Fond du Lac triple shooting/homicide convicted
The second of two men involved in the shooting death of a woman and shooting of two other men in 2023 in Fond du Lac has been found guilty in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court.
Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney said Parise Larry Jr. was found guilty yesterday at the conclusion of a 10 day jury trial.
Larry was convicted of eight counts from the May 7, 2023 shooting.
The convictions are:
First degree intentional homicide, as party to a crime, with a dangerous weapon in a school zone
Attempted first degree intentional homicide, as party to a crime, with a dangerous weapon in a school zone
First degree reckless injury, as party to a crime, with a dangerous weapon in a school zone
First degree reckless endanger safety, as party to a crime, with a dangerous weapon in a school zone
Child in possession of a dangerous weapon.
Larry was 14 at the time when he and then 17 year old Antonio Johnston opened fire with a gun, striking several people. An 18-year-old male, A 20-year-old female, and a 49-year-old male that was inside an upper level apartment.
The female, Tatyana Zech was killed in the shooting.
Both men ran from the scene. Larry turned himself in a few days later while Johntson was captured in Chicago a few months later. Johnston has since been convicted in the case and is awaiting sentencing.
Sentencing for Larry is scheduled for December 19
