Blustery day instore for Wednesday… Heavier snowfall possible this weekend
A powerful low pressure storm system is strengthening as it moves closer to our area Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Because of this, winds will turn from the northwest Wednesday morning and increase to 30 miles per hour with gusts as high as 50 miles per hour.
In addition to the wind, snow will overspread the area causing reduced visibilities for drivers, especially in outlying areas.
The National Weather Service has issued both a Winter Weather Advisory and a Wind Advisory for Fond du Lac County from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
In addition to this storm, another strong storm system is taking aim at the Wisconsin area Friday night through Sunday morning. While the exact track of the storm is still uncertain, which will cause snow totals to differ, it is becoming more likely the Fond du Lac area could see several inches.
Stay tuned to KFIZ for more weather forecasts as these storms approach.
