Dodge County Judge Sentences Madison Man

A Madison man will spend three years in prison and five years of extended supervision for Possession with intent to Deliver Amphetamine. 41-year old Ryan Murray was stopped by Beaver Dam Police in August of 2020, and a search found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle Murray was a passenger in.

Items found in the vehicle included a syringe, a baggie with white residue, two baggies of a clear crystal material, a marijuana pipe and a digital scale. Officers transported Murray to a hospital for evaluation where he explained to Officers that he delivered drugs to other people and that he was just the middle man to support his own habit. The substance found subsequently tested positive for meth.

Dodge County Judge Kristine Snow handed down the sentence.
