Dodge Cty. Sheriff’s Office Recovers Body, Could Be Missing Mayville Man

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has announced they have recovered a body from private property in the Village of Kekoskee. 

Sheriff’s Deputies received a call about 6:45 p..m. Monday night for a report of a deceased male laying in a field near State Highway 67. The male matches the description of a 77-year old Mayville man, John J. Bachhuber, who has been missing since February 15^th . 

The body has been turned over to the Dodge County Medical Examiner’s Officer for an autopsy and identification. The case remains under investigation.
