Fatal Motorcycle Crash near Omro

A motorcycle passenger is dead following a Sunday morning crash in Winnebago County. Reports say one vehicle was slowing down to turn along Highway 21 near Omro when it was rear-ended and pushed into the other lane – striking an oncoming motorcycle. Both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries. The motorcycle driver was also taken to a hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries, but the passenger died at the scene. An investigation into that crash is ongoing and no other information has been released.
