ORIGINAL STORY: The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two single vehicle crashes that occurred early this morning east of the City of Fond du Lac.

Just after 3 AM officers along with Eden first responders and Mt Calvary ambulance were called to a pick-up truck found in a field east of W2651 4th Street Road.

Responding units were unable to find any occupants until 5 AM when an officer called for an ambulance to respond back to the crash scene.

The second crash happened on State Highway 151 just north of 4th Street Road.

Just after 4 AM, The Fond du Lac County Communications Center received a call from a passerby saying they see a car in the ditch on the northbound side of 151.

Responding officers stated the car had been southbound on 151 and travelled through the median and rolled over into the ditch on the
northbound side of the highway and the driver was likely ejected and they were searching for them.

A driver was eventually found and ThedaStar Medical Helicopter was called to transport the patient.

151 was closed in both directions during the duration of the crash investigation so ThedaStar
could land on the highway.

Eden Fire and first responders as well as City of Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue also responded to the second crash.
