Fond du Lac Hires Basketball Coaches

Fond du Lac High
School’s Athletic Department has announced the hiring
of Mark Ziebell as the head boys basketball coach and Jeff Bell as head girls
coach.

Ziebell
coached at St. Mary Central in the Fox
Valley from 1994 to
2007 and again from 2010 through this past season.  He served as the Green Bay Southwest coach from 2007 to 2010.  While
at SMC he coached the 1998 WISAA state runner-up team and in 2005 was selected as the Appleton Post Crescent Coach of the Year; Ziebell was also the 2004-05 Olympian Conference Coach of the Year/. In 1999 he was a WBCA All-Star Coach.  

Jeff Bell, physical education teacher in the Fond
du Lac School District
at Sabish Middle
School most recently served as a varsity assistant coach with the
Omro High School girls’ program. He is a 2012
graduate of UW-Stevens Point.
