Fondy Food Pantry to hold drive-thru program September 4th

The Fondy Food Pantry has announced that Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin in partnership with Alliant Energy will host a drive-thru mobile food pantry on Wednesday, September 4 from 10 am to Noon.

The mobile pantry will offer each household a box with prepacked nonperishable foods as well as dairy and other food items. The organization says it will have enough for up to about 300 households.

There are no eligibility requirements to receive the food. Participants are asked to remain in their cars throughout the process and to have room in their car trunk or back seat for food. Food will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.

The mobile pantry will take place in the back parking lot of the pantry, located at 573 West Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac.
