Home Sales Increase Last Month In FDL County

Existing homes sales and the median price of those homes improved in Fond du Lac County last month. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association 141 homes were sold an increase of nearly 25 percent over August of 2016. Also last month the median price of a home sold in the County increased by 30 percent to $162,500. Year-to-date homes sales in Fond du Lac County are down by 2.8 percent, while the median price of a home has increased by nearly 11 percent.
