John Deere Union Members Reject Agreement, Look To Strike Wednesday At Midnight

John Deere workers have rejected a new labor contract, making a strike deadline of Wednesday evening at midnight even more realistic. UAW union members rejected a collective bargaining agreement Sunday.

The union says 90% of members voted against the contract. The two sides have until Wednesday night to agree to an agreement in order to avoid the strike.
