Juneteeth Celebration At Taylor Park Today

Ebony Vision will hold its 9th Annual Juneteenth Celebration at the Taylor Park Pool in Fond du Lac today from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It commemorates the anniversary of the emancipation of slaves in the southern states of the former Confederacy. Fond du Lac Police Officer Erik Foster says it’s a good event and they will have a few officers there for a radar throw. The event is free and will have food, vendors, a kids corner, DJ with live entertainment, raffles, door prizes, and the regular park amenities.
