Kangaroo Spotted Near Malone

If you’re missing your kangaroo this morning, you MAY want to look in Malone area.

FDL County Sheriff’s Deputies received a call Monday evening just before 6:45 p.m., from a female who stated there was a kangaroo eating berries off her tree just off Hwy. 151. The kangaroo took off heading toward a field nearby. At least two other people said they saw the kangaroo as well.

The kangaroo appeared to be about 4 feet tall, wearing brownish-colored fur, and likes to hop. Anyone with any further information is asked to contact the FDL County Sheriff’s Department.
