Men’s College Golf:
The Marian University Men’s Golf team finished in a tie for third at the WLC Invite in Waukesha with a 306. Patrick Treichel led the Sabres with a two-over-par 74, followed by Tyler DeMeuse with a 75.
Women’s College Golf:
The Marian University Women’s Golf team shot a 409, which was good for sixth place at their home invite on Saturday. Morgan Hernandez led the Sabres individually, placing in a tie for 10th with a 93.

–Avisail Garcia drove in five runs on the day, hitting a two-run double and a two-run home run as the Brewers bats came alive in a Saturday afternoon win against the Cardinals in St. Louis. Keston Hiura clubbed a three-run homer as part of a five-run seventh inning for the Brewers to break the game open. The series finale is this afternoon, first pitch is 1:15 PM.
