–Tyler Wardwell and Sam Cohen had run scoring singles in the fourth inning to help the Dock Spiders to the win over Lakeshore at Herr Baker Field Tuesday night. Both teams managed just four hits in the contest – that flew by in two hours and four minutes. With the win, Fondy hands the Chinooks their first loss of the second half of the season. The two teams meet again tonight – first pitch is 6:35 pm.

–Christian Yelich continued his hot hitting against his former team, going 3 for 5 with two doubles and four RBI, while Travis Shaw hit his 16th home run in the eighth inning to help the Brewers take game two of the series at Marlins Park in Miami Tuesday night. Brewers pitcher Corbin Burnes made his big league debut and picked up the save with a two-inning outing in the win. The final game of the series is tonight, coverage starts at 5:35 on KFIZ, first pitch at 6:10 pm.

The Bucks officially signed guard Donte DiVincenzo to a rookie contract Tuesday. DiVincenzo was the 17th overall pick in last month’s NBA Draft out of Villanova, after helping lead the Wildcats to the National Championship in April. DiVincenzo scored 31 points in the title game win over Michigan, and averaged 23 points, six rebounds and three assists per game during the final four.
