–Jackie Bradley Jr. doubled in the only run of the game for the Brewers in the fifth inning as they dropped the series finale against the White Sox at American Family Field on Sunday night.
White Sox starter Lance Lynn held the Brewers to just a run on six hits in six innings on the mound, and helped his cause with a two-run single in the second to give Chicago a 3-0 lead. His counterpart, Brandon Woodruff pitched into the seventh inning – giving up three runs on five hits, while striking out nine batters.
Bradley Jr. and Tyrone Taylor each had a pair of hits to lead the Milwaukee offense in the loss.
The Brewers are off today and open a three-game series in Pittsburgh Tuesday night.
