Kiel School District improve ACT scores four years in a row

The Kiel School District has announced ACT scores are up for a fourth consecutive year.

The district has risen from a composite score of 18 in 2020 to now having a score of 41 this year.

Kiel High School Principal Brad Horeth adds that, “our students have worked incredibly hard over the last three years.”

Hoerth went on to say that “our students are showing that they are well prepared to meet the challenges they will face post high school.”

Through the implementation of a targeted strategic plan, as well as a collaborative working relationship between the staff and the Board of Education, many steps were taken across the district to ensure that the core concepts needed for students to be successful were targeted and programs and enhancements were made over the past five years.
