Schultz faced initial charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide, but a plea agreement allowed Schultz to plead to a lesser charge of reckless homicide.

Foster’s body was found in a parking lot across from the Press Box Tavern. He was robbed of several hundred dollars and was shot twice. Neuman and Schultz were originally held on $1 million cash bonds.
