Man Living In NFDL Wanted For Murder In New Orleans

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department got information from the state’s Division of Criminal Investigation that a man wanted for murder in New Orleans may be working at a farm in the Town of Empire. The Department of Homeland Security tipped DCI about 22-year-old Oscar Palma. Palma waived his extradition when he appeared in court Friday. He is wanted in New Orleans on a 2nd degree homicide charge, which stems from a shooting last April.  Palma was living in North Fond du Lac.
