Meeting About Highway 23 Supplemental Environmental Impact Study

The DOT has scheduled a meeting in Fond du Lac to discuss a study about expanding State Highway 23 between Fond du Lac and Plymouth.  The meeting will be held Thursday, October 12th from 5 to 7 p.m. on the UW – Fond du Lac campus in the Large Group Instruction Room. A brief presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m., with the remainder of the meeting following an open-house format. During the meeting discussion will be about recent efforts the DOT and the Federal Highway Administration have made to prepare a new environmental impact study for the Highway to address concerns a federal court had about a previous study.
