Name Released In Fatal Dodge County Accident

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials have released the name of the Horicon man killed while trying to elude a Sheriff’s deputy in the Town of Oak Grove Saturday night. A deputy tried to pull 22-year-old Jerred Gerlach over, but Gerlach increased the speed of his motorcycle to a high rate of speed. The bike left the road and struck a power pole. Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.
