Names Released In Fatal Traffic And Plane Crashes

Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials have released the names of two men killed in traffic and plane crashes over the past week. Eighteen-year-old Bryce Cramer of Appleton was killed in a rollover crash last Saturday morning on Highway 10, east of State Highway 76. Tuesday morning 68-year-old Charles Baxtrom of Appleton was killed when his ultralight plane crashed in a field off County Highway G between County Highway T and State Highway 76.
