Bruce J. Becker
Bruce J. Becker, 63, of North Fond du Lac, passed away at home on February 10th, 2025. He was born January 3, 1962, in Fond du Lac, to Kenneth “Butch” and Eleanor “Elly” (Luzack) Becker.
Bruce spent most of his working years in the printing field. He also worked at the Retlaw and Radisson. Bruce was a one-of-a-kind individual and will be remembered for his quick wit, facts, and figures. His stories, filled with historical insights and humorous anecdotes, will forever be cherished by friends and family alike.
Bruce had many hobbies: he collected coins, presidential memorabilia, and various antiques. Anyone who knew Bruce knew his love for the Rolling Stones. He attended his first concert at age 13 and his last was this past July at age 62. Bruce could be identified easily by his blue Firebird and STONES license plate, which is now retired at Backyard Bar and Grill.
Bruce will be dearly missed by his father, Kenneth “Butch”. His siblings: Karen (John) Ruedinger, Judi (Jerry) Mattefs, Joan (Jeff) Pinch, and Jennie (Mark) Grebe. His 10 nieces and nephews: John (Natalie) Ruedinger, Melissa (Ryan) Benzinger, Laura Ruedinger, Jamie (Dave) Zappa, Jesse Mattefs, Josh Mattefs, Jamie, Carly, Alyssa (Corina), and Bailey (Special friend Erik) Pinch. Tyler, Samantha, Anthony (fiancé Olivia), and Mitchell (Special friend Tristan) Grebe. He is also survived by 7 great-nieces and nephews and 2 step-great nieces and nephews: Anna and Joseph Ruedinger, Adison, Aiden, and Ashton Benzinger, Zachary and Ava Zappa, Megan Waller, and Mason Pfeiffer.
Bruce is proceeded in death by his mother, Elly.
Bruce’s legacy lives on through the many lives he touched, and the countless memories shared by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His passion for life, dedication to his family, and unwavering spirit will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, Bruce. You will be deeply missed.
