David George Haller

David George Haller, 77, passed away on January 12, 2023 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born to Norbert and Lucille (Boehmer) Haller on March 8, 1945 in Waupun. Dave graduated from Lomira High School and then served in the Army National Guard. After his service, Dave attended Moraine Park Technical College.

Dave was married to Phyllis Hefter on October 21, 1967.  He retired from Marchant-Schmidt in October 2019.

A car enthusiast, he loved working on old cars and attending car shows. Dave enjoyed playing guitar, camping and spending time with his family.

Dave is survived by his wife Phyllis, daughter Lisa (Kevin) Braeger, son Steve (Stacy) Haller, grandchildren Ethan and Hailey Braeger, Korinn Karschney and Jacob and Kylee Haller and great granddaughter Briella Karschney.

He is further survived by sister Chris (Jim) Puls, brother Mike (Rhonda) Haller, brother-in-law John Speers, cousins George and Geralyn Gsell, other relatives and friends.

Dave was preceded in death by sisters Geraldine Speers and Pat (Rick) Rost.

Private family services are being held. David will be laid to rest in Calvary Mausoleum, Chapel of the Risen Christ.
