Diane Rose Marie Kraemer, 73, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, August 29, 2021, at St. Agnes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Holy Family Church, 271 4th Street Way in Fond du Lac. The Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment in Calvary Cemetery will follow the service. Cremation has taken place.
