Gary C. Atkinson

Gary C. Atkinson, 75, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, December 10, 2022 at The Manor of Fond du Lac. He was born July 22, 1947 in Mount Calvary, the son of Maxwell and Myrtle (Haensgen) Atkinson. Gary served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 – 1970 and went on to earn his Bachelors in Business. He worked for the State of Wisconsin until his retirement. Gary enjoyed going to movies, watching sports, collecting baseball cards, and loved play cards.

He is survived by his siblings, Donna (John) Wagner of New Berlin, Pat (Connie) Atkinson of Glenbeulah, Mark (Liz) Atkinson of Adell, and Bruce (Lorie) Atkinson of Fond du Lac; sister-in-law, JoAnn Atkinson of Eliva; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Phil Atkinson and Terry (Jackie) Atkinson.

The visitation will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
