Marcia A. Wightman

Marcia Ann Wightman, 60, of Fond du Lac, died on Friday, July 27, 2018, at her residence.
She was born on July 15, 1958, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Norman P. and Louise F. (Luedtke)
Wightman. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church, and attended Jesus Cares
Ministries. She participated in Special Olympics.
She is survived by her siblings: Norman A. Wightman of Green Valley, Arizona, Marjorie A. Strong
of Fond du Lac and Thomas A. (Sharon) Wightman of Madison; her brother-in-law, Robert Becker
of Appleton, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Mary Alice Becker, her brother-in-law, Stephen
Strong and her sister-in-law, Merlene Wightman.
VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, August 3, 2018, from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Ev.
Lutheran Church, 1600 South Main Street, Fond du Lac.
FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Ev.
Lutheran Church, with Rev. Matthew Guse officiating. Burial will follow in Rienzi Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated for St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Winnebago
