Mark J. Bronkhorst

Mark Jay Bronkhorst, 58, of Waupun, passed away June 5, 2018.

Mark was born August 3, 1959 in Waupun, WI the son of Donald and Inez Vande Zande Bronkhorst. Mark graduated from the Special Education program at Pella. He worked at Green Valley in Beaver Dam and Diverse Options in Ripon. Mark also worked on the dairy farm with his mom and dad. He spent time with 13 foster children: Lloyd, John, Ted, Alice, Kim, Kelly, Jason, Mark, Tim, Tim, Henry, Kathy, and Michael who lived with Don and Inez. Mark loved racing around the cornfield with his friends on his motorbike and three-wheeler.

Mark is survived by his parents, Don and Inez; and several aunts and uncles.

Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Tim; sister, Cindy; grandparents: Elmer and Agnes Vande Zande and Henry and Ruth Bronkhorst; and uncles.

A graveside service for Mark Bronkhorst will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun with Rev. Mike Giebink officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Heartland Hospice.
