Norman “John” LeDuc

Norman “John” LeDuc, 77, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 11, 2022. He was born October 22, 1944 to Norman and Margaret (Gall) LeDuc in Cudahy, Wisconsin.

John graduated from Cedarburg High School and went on to attend Diesel Truck Driving School. He worked as a wood patternmaker up until his retirement.

John married Ellyn Marcoe on May 22, 2017 after being together for over 32 years. They enjoyed dancing, making wine (and drinking it), taking the motorcycle out for rides, and just enjoying each other’s company.

John also enjoyed gardening, going out to his bowling league, and investing.

John will be dearly missed by his wife Ellyn; children Shari (Steve) Lindemann, Jeff (Sarah) LeDuc, and Jared (Kim) LeDuc; step-children Jim Marcoe, Mike Marcoe, Julie (Phil) Walgenbach; grandchildren Amy Allen, Eric John Stechaurer, Alyssa Wood, and Zachary LeDuc; and great-grandchildren Aiden John, Penelope Jeanne, and Brentley John. John is also survived by his sister Shirley (Robert) Peterson, as well as other relatives and friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Karen Kinnan, Sandy LeDuc, Doug LeDuc, and Darryl LeDuc; and a nephew Stephen Hubert.

John’s family invites friends and relatives to a time of visitation at Zacherl Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. A Celebration of Life will take place at 4:00 P.M. following the visitation.
