Patricia M Siegwarth

Patricia M Siegwarth, age 71, of Hilbert, peacefully passed away on October 29, 2022. Pat has gone to heaven reuniting with her beloved husband, Fran. Patricia was born April 28, 1951, daughter of the late Henry and Vera Juckem. On July 24, 1971, she married the love of her life, Francis Siegwarth, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hilbert, and together they raised four children.

Pat was a very loving and compassionate individual. She will be remembered for her unconditional love of family, her amazing strength and enduring faith. She was someone you could always rely on to help and support you.  She enjoyed dancing with her beloved husband, Fran, and their Saturday supper club dinner dates. She took pride in her home, and Fran and Pat enjoyed making their visions come to life. Playing cards with friends, scrapbooking, baking for her family, coffee dates, and golfing were a few of the activities that she enjoyed. Pat treasured time with family, sipping on lattes, watching movies, laughing and reminiscing about old times. Pat had a huge heart that she shared with all of the children she babysat through the years. Each one held a special place in her heart.

Pat was extremely proud of her four kids and their successes. However, they could be very trying at times when they were younger. For instance, when two of her unnamed children were stacking the dishes too high, which caused an avalanche of dishes to come crashing down to the floor. Since all dishes were broken, this resulted in new dishes for Pat. Another precious memory was when a third unnamed child “lightly” tapped the garage wall creating a big hole. Pat is a very patient mother. She has tried to teach her children many tasks. Some have been successful and others not. There have been many lessons on the correct way to make homemade pie crust. She would be appalled to learn that they ALL still buy refrigerated pie crust. Her kids have failed miserably with this task.

Pat adored her grandchildren. She was known to spoil her eight lovely granddaughters and one great grandson. Grandma Pat was very involved in their lives. They had tea parties, coffee and graham cracker time, and bake days. She enjoyed reading to them and teaching them fun songs and making holiday crafts. She made each of them feel special and loved during their time with grandma.

Pat will be sincerely missed by all of her family and friends, but we all know that now Fran can take her hand for another dance in heaven.

Patricia is survived by her children: Lauri (Todd) Krueger, Jeff (Kim) Siegwarth, Wendy (Todd) Wingers, and Carrie (Kevin) Tank; granddaughters: Veronica Siegwarth, Alahna Siegwarth, Leah Siegwarth, Austyn Krueger, Kayla Krueger, Alison Wingers, Alesha Wingers, and Mckenzie Tank; great grandson: Micah Dresdow; siblings: Sister Carol Juckem, Barb (Don) Nelson, Chris (Wayne) Sportsman, Alice (Joseph) Evers, Nick (Diane) Juckem, Irene (Paul) Hassler, and Gloria (Bill) Mueller.
