Ripon Woman Charged For Living In Van With Pets

The 70-year-old Ripon woman suspected of living in her mini-van with 11 dogs and a cat has been charged with three misdemeanors. Marion Kaiser was released on a $500 signature bond after making her initial appearance in Fond du Lac County Court Tuesday morning. She will be back in court in December. Ripon Police say Kaiser parked her van next to an apartment complex where a relative was living. She wasn’t allowed to bring the animals inside and allegedly chose to live in the van with them.
