School Bus Crash Injures Students

A bus carrying 22 Neenah High School students and staff crashed in Waushara County last night on a return trip from a ski trip at Nordic Mountain, north east of Wautoma.

At about 8:45 PM, the bus slid off the road and tipped onto its side in foggy and icy conditions.

Two students were transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries while other students and staff received bumps and bruises.

The bus was one of two that were on the trip.

Students were able to get on the second bus while they waited for another bus to take them back to Neenah.
