Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for central Wisconsin until 10 p.m.

Thunderstorms are expected to intensify along a boundary across parts of southern Minnesota and southern Wisconsin, with a few severe storms possible.  
Damaging winds and large hail are the main risks.

Primary threats include...
  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible.
  Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible.
  A tornado or two possible.
