The Packers had to grind out a 19-17 win at Baltimore on Sunday afternoon.  Green
Bay
knew they would be playing without linebackers
Clay Matthews and Brad Jones on defense but had to adjust on offense when wide
receivers James Jones and Randall Cobb left the game with injuries. Cobbs was a
knee and Jones a shin. The Packer defense did just fine, collecting 5 Joe
Flacco sacks on the day and shutting down the Ravens run game.  AJ Hawk had 3 of those five sacks. The Packers
offense took a while to get on track, but finally got in the end zone in the
third quarter when Aaron Rodgers hit Jordy Nelson on 64-yard TD pass.  Mason Crosby hit 4 of 5 field goal attempts
for the rest of the scoring.  Eddie Lacy
got 120 yards on the ground. Rodgers ended up with 315 yards passing.  As for the injuries to the Packers wideouts,
it might not be as serious as it could have been.  Early indications are that the team doesn’t
think either injury is season ending.   The Packers host the Browns next Sunday at
3:15pm inside Lambeau Field.
