The Green Bay Packers have
locked up defensive back Sam Shields.   He inks a four-year, $39 million dollar deal to
stay out of free agency.

 

UW-Milwaukee stunned UW-Green Bay
73-66 in overtime in the semifinals of the Horizon League Tournament on Saturday
night at the Resch
Center.  At 24-6 the Horizon League champions are most likely
headed to the NIT.

 

Marquette fell to St. John’s 91-90
in double-overtime at the BMO
Harris Bradley
Center in their regular season
finale.  The Golden Eagles are 17-14 and will
need to win the Big East Tournament to make the NCAA Tournament.

 

The Badger men’s basketball
team wraps up their regular season tonight at Nebraska. 
A win by UW secures the #2 seed in the Big Ten Tournament.  The tip is set for 6:30pm on KFIZ.

 

Aramis Ramirez hits a three-run
double in his spring training debut as the Brewers rallied past Kansas City 7-6.  Ramirez doubled on the first pitch he saw in the
first inning.  The Crew score two in the 9^th
to pick up the Cactus League win.  The Brewers
split the squad today to take on the Cubs and Indians.  You’ll hear the Cubs game on KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 2:55pm
