The Packers are in New
Orleans for Sunday Night Football.  The kickoff is set for 7:30pm on KFIZ.

 

With Green Bay on at night,
KFIZ will have NFL action this afternoon as Houston
travels to Tennessee.  Coverage begins at 11:30am on KFIZ.

 

Melvin Gordon ran for 3 touchdowns as Wisconsin
rolled over Maryland 52-7 at Camp Randall
on Saturday.  UW will head to Rutgers next Saturday.

 

The Giants pounded Kansas
City 11-4 on Saturday night to even up the World
Series at 2-2.  Game 5 is tonight in San Francisco. 

 

The Marian women’s soccer team clinched a birth in the NAC
tournament with a 3-0 win over Benedictine on Saturday.

 

The Marian women’s volleyball team also clinched a
postseason bid on Saturday with a 3-2 win over MSOE.

 

The WLA’s boys soccer team’s quest for a bid in the state
tournament fell short as the they fall to Sturgeon Bay
on penalty kicks.  Brady Kollmann scored
with just a few seconds left to tie the game at 1-1 and they stayed that way
through regulation and overtime before losing 5-4 on penalty kicks.
