The Marquette men’s basketball team took down San Jose State
80-62 on Tuesday night at BMO
Harris Bradley
Center
. Sandy Cohen had
24 and Henry Ellenson 20 in the win.  Marquette will travel to Madison for a matchup with the Badgers on
Saturday afternoon.

 

The Badger men’s
basketball team hosts UW-Milwaukee tonight at the Kohl Center.
Coverage begins at 7:00pm with the tip set for 8pm on KFIZ.

 

The Marian men’s
basketball team travels to Aurora
tonight for an NACC matchup.  The tip is
set for 7pm.

 

The Marian women
lost at Wisconsin Lutheran 71-51.  Brandi
Bender led the Sabres with 12 points.

 

The Bucks host
the Washington Wizards tonight at BMO

The Packers get
back on the practice field today as they get ready for the Dallas Cowboys at
Lambeau Field. Green Bay
leads the NFC North with an 8-4 record.  Dallas is just a game
back of the NFC East lead with just a 4-8 record.  You’ll hear the game on KFIZ.

 

The Fond du Lac boys basketball team blew by
Menasha 73-37 to pick up their 1st win over the season on Tuesday
night in non-conference play at the Acuity Fieldhouse.  The Cardinals led 40-20 at the half and then
put the game away outscoring the Blue Jays 21-10 over the first 7:11 of the 2nd
half to balloon the lead to 31.  Caleb
Goldstein and Sam Fredrickson led Fond
du Lac
with 14 points each. Drew Jorgensen added 13
and Jack Cole 12 in the win.  Fond du Lac (1-2, 0-1)
will jump back into FVA play on Thursday night when they travel to Oshkosh
North.  You’ll hear the game on News-Talk
1450 KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 7:05pm
with the Tim Cruz Agency American Family Insurance Pregame Show.  The tip is set for 7:30pm.

Boys Swimming
& Diving

The Fond du Lac boys swimming
and diving team took 10 of 11 swimming events on the night in a 112-73 victory
over Oshkosh North/Lourdes on Tuesday.  Abe
and Ben Stoffel-Murray won all 4 of the events they each entered.  Other Varsity winners included Keegan Buros
in 50 Free, Nick Dilling in 100 Fly and Cannon Lock in 100 breast. Also, all 3
relays won in going away fashion.
