Taylor Schabusiness pleads no contest to reduced charge in prison guard attack

The woman serving a life sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Facility in Fond du Lac County for the 2022 murder and dismemberment of a man in Green Bay, was in court Wednesday for a motion hearing for a case where she attacked a guard at the facility.

In the motion hearing, 27-year-old Taylor Schabusiness pleaded no contest to a reduced misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct after facing a felony charge of Battery by Prisoner to a correctional guard.

Schabusiness has a history of attacks since her 2022 arrest, twice lashing out at her defense attorneys in court.

Schabusiness will return to court for sentencing in the case December 1.
