Three Apprehended After Chase In Stolen Vehicle

A City of Fond du Lac Police Officer came across a a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Milwaukee early Monday morning.
Around 12:15 AM the officer attempted to pull the vehicle over but it took off in an attempt to elude the officer.
The pursuit travelled south on south Hickory at speeds of 60 miles per hour. At I-41, the vehicle turned south.
At this point, more City of Fond du Lac squads, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper and a couple Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies joined the chase.
Reaching speeds of 100 miles per hour, the stolen red jeep continued south, eventually entering Dodge County.
Tire deflation devices were deployed near the Dodge County line and two of the jeep’s front wheels were hit.
The jeep continued for about three more miles where it pulled into the Wisconsin D.O.T. rest area south of Lomira.
At that point a felony stop was conducted and three subjects were taken into custody.

Lomira first responders and Theresa EMS was paged for one of the subjects for what was reported as shortness of breath.
