Trial Date Set For FDL Murder Suspect

A 10-day jury trial has
been scheduled in Fond du Lac
County Court for the 37-year-old Fond du Lac woman suspected of shooting her
husband to death last November. The trial for Eve Nance is scheduled to begin
July 14th. She is suspected of shooting her husband Timothy Nance to death in a
bathroom at their home and hiding his corpse in some woods in Milwaukee. She then reported him missing
several days later. The couple was arguing over an affair he was having with
another woman.
