Two men evade arrest after stealing two vehicles and engaging in high speed chase

Two men in a stolen Dodge Challenger taken from Sturgeon Bay were chased by Sheboygan County Sheriff’s deputies Sunday afternoon, April 28, 2024.
Speeds reached 130 miles per hour as the driver raced the car north on I-43 south of Sheboygan, then southbound, and then north again before exiting westbound on County Highway V.
Continuing at speeds well over 100 miles per hour, pursuing deputies lost site of the vehicle, but saturated the area to search for it. A deputy eventually found the vehicle and another pursuit was initiated.
Heading south on County GW, the vehicle crashed at Highway G, about four miles northeast of the village of Random Lake. Officers set up a perimeter and searched the area with a police K9, but they were unable to find the suspects.
It was learned a short time later the men stole another vehicle within the perimeter and escaped. It was also learned the F-150 pick-up they stole had a shotgun with approximately 20 rounds of ammunition. An attempt to locate was given out to surrounding counties, but the vehicle hasn’t been reported found at this time.
