Waupun Man Arrested For Fourth OWI

A 35-year-old Waupun man was arrested for his fourth drunken driving offense following a vehicle accident Sunday. Authorities leaned a passenger from the vehicle was treated at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.  That person wasn’t able to tell them where the crash had occurred, but deputies were able to locate the vehicle and driver on Old Highway 16 and 60 in the Town of Lowell. Frederick Polsfuss was arrested and taken to the Dodge County Jail.
