West Bend Man Pleads To Arson Charges

The 21-year-old West Bend man suspected of setting fires outside three businesses in February has entered a deferred prosecution agreement. Lucas Greenwood entered no contest pleas in Washington County Court to six felony and misdemeanor charges.  He allegedly started fires in a wicker basket, dumpster, and utility trailer outside separate businesses in West Bend. Charges will be dismissed in May of 2020 if he can stay out of trouble.
