Woman Hit By Drunken Driver In Oshkosh

A 44-year-old woman in Oshkosh was hit by a drunken driver while walking down Jackson Street late Monday night.  Police arrested a 37-year-old woman and took her to the Winnebago County Jail.  Police say the victim suffered a fractured skull, but is expected to survive. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The accident happened before 11 p.m.
