Woman Arrested In FDL For Stealing….An Alliant Energy Truck

Fond du Lac Police were involved with an odd incident Saturday afternoon, when they were called to investigate the theft of a truck from Alliant Energy. The call came in just before 12:20 p.m., for a report of a female who had taken off in an Alliant Energy vehicle, and was headed south on Park Avenue. The Wisconsin State Patrol assisted in making the arrest of 45-year old Joyeti McDaniel, who was taken into custody and booked on a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Consent. Alliant Energy employees were able to retrieve the vehicle. There were no reports of any damages or injuries as a result of  the theft.
