18 And 16 Year Old Charged With Armed Robbery Of Kwik Trip

An 18 and 16 year old are in custody after an armed robbery of a Kwik Trip in Manitowoc last night, Monday, March 27, 2023.

Around 9:30 PM, Manitowoc Police responded to an armed robbery in progress at the Kwik Trip at 1137 South 10th Street in Manitowoc.

The suspects who were said to be armed with a knife, were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money before police arrived on scene. That is until they were spotted by a concerned citizen, hiding behind a nearby business.

Police used a K9 officer that tracked the two down and they were arrested.

The 18-year-old man was taken to jail and the 16-year-old girl was transported to the Sheboygan County Juvenile Detention Center. Both have been charged with
armed robbery.
