20 year old Man Killed in Industrial Accident at Michels Corp.

A 20 year old man was killed in an industrial accident at
Michels Corporation in Brownsville Thursday afternoon. According to the Dodge
County Sheriff’s Department, a sub-contractor for Michels Corporation was cleaning
pipes at Michels’ in Brownsville, when one of the pipes fell off of a jack and slid
into the man killing him. The name of the victim is being withheld pending
notification of family. Michels Corporation and the subcontractor are working
with OSHA officials as the investigation continues into the incident. The time
of the call was 12:44 pm.
