Area Athletes Set to Compete at Tennis State on Thursday

The 100th Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Boys State Individual Tennis Championships will be held Thursday through Saturday, June 1-3 at Nielsen Tennis Stadium on campus of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Action will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday and will resume at 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

In Division 1, Lieyton Batchelder from Fondy will take the court at 12:30 against Alex Thomas from Notre Dame.

In Division 2, Ben McGuire from Springs will face off against Oliver Boyd from University School of Milwaukee at 5:30.
