Waupun Truck ‘n’ Show Starts Today

The annual Waupun Truck n Show starts today, Friday, August 11, 2023 and runs through tomorrow.

Hundreds of semis of show quality, decked out with lights and accessories gather in Tanner Park on the city’s north side to compete for dozens of trophies in multiple classes.

The event, which is said to be a salute to the trucking industry, also consists of two parades. One is the night time parade which starts at 9 PM tonight. The city closes down Main Street and turns off the street lights and the trucks make their way along with only their accessory lights on.

The second parade follows the same route but takes place during daylight hours. Saturdays parade starts at 3 PM. If it’s raining at the start of either parade, it will be cancelled.

The event is free to attend and features food and beverages and live music as well as lots of truck accessory vendors.
